Dear Pray For Mongolia participants,

“Pray for Mongolia” was inspired in the heart of Alissa Van Dam, JCS volunteer from 2008-2010.  She shared her inspiration with other JCSers who joined her in developing these materials.

JCS is a consortium of 15 Christian Mission agencies working together as one INGO to serve the nation and people of Mongolia by helping to meet the needs of society in terms of the whole person – physical, spiritual, and intellectual – and to support their efforts to improve their own lives and their communities.

JCS Staff - use their professional skills to serve the Mongolian people in the areas of agriculture, health, education, administration, business, English teaching, youth work, and in relief projects.
We believe prayer is one of the most powerful tools God has given us and that He is glorified when we come together in His Name as a praying community.

We are excited to see an international body of believers interceding on behalf of Mongolia! We hope this is an experience that encourages you to think globally as you pray locally.

We also hope this helps to inform you about Mongolian life as you take part through prayer in the work being done here.  
Most of all, we hope that God continues to place Mongolia on your heart as you go on to meet with Him in prayer throughout your life!
